Toni Henderson is an experienced professional art director and graphic designer living and working in Brisbane. She specialises her creative talent in exhibition design, document layout design, illustration, print collateral and multimedia design. Toni is a strategic graphic designer with big ideas, an eye for detail, and a passion for doing her bit towards a more sustainable future.

During her career, she has successfully managed creative projects for three Government bodies, collaborating with numerous teams, stakeholders, clients and external suppliers. This journey started in kuril dhagun (State Library of Queensland) as the exhibition graphic and digital designer for the Art of the Skins exhibition, working with curators, producers, Aboriginal artists and researchers to share First Nations knowledge, celebrate culture and work collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. She then focussed her career in areas that provide educational information in an engaging setting. Producing highly informative well presented content for numerous exhibitions within the State Library.

As Design Coordinator at State Library, she managed a team of graphic and digital designers, her empathy and professionalism has enabled her to effectively lead a team and support each and every team member. She takes great pride in her work and continues to develop her skills as this enhances the effectiveness of her designs and user experience.

When Toni is not busy doing graphic design work you will find her creating art in her studio. She enjoys painting and sculpting, she always has many art projects on the go at once and often incorporates these mediums into her design projects.
